Introductory Meditation Course

Nine-week course combining breath, body, and compassion practice.

This course is open for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want to reframe their practice. It aims at introducing the difference between attention and awareness, as well as integrating different meditation objects such as breath, mind, body, and compassion.

How?

Nine weekly classes of 90min, divided in three modules:
Three modules:
1) Introduction and First Instructions on Breath
2) The Body and the Mind
3) Compassion Training
