It envisions economic activity which:
- Values natural resources, carework, and community
- Defines growth as integrated wellbeing within planetary limits
- Organizes smartly around local specific circumstances and possibilities

- Optimizing workflows, communication and decision-making structures in value-driven organisations and projects
